Oh, Hello Rainbow! is a watercolor mixed-media illustration course built around Pippity Poe — the beloved little character who has sailed through storms, chased sunsets, and drifted under moons in Danielle's work for years. This is a single, stunning start-to-finish illustration course: you'll build Inspiration Blocks from patterned paper and ephemera, develop a mark-making inventory in white on dark ground, choose a color palette pulled from your paper stash, paint a layered watercolor background, illustrate and assemble Pippity Poe and her rainbow, and finally put it all together into a dimensional mixed-media piece. Along the way, you'll also see multiple variation examples that show just how many places this process can take you.
